Celebrating a New Chapter in Michigan City

On Monday, September 8, Larson-Danielson and Facet Architecture joined Arnett Roofing & Construction for a groundbreaking ceremony. The event marked the start of Arnett’s new facility in Michigan City.

The groundbreaking event was organized by the Michigan City Area Chamber of Commerce. It brought together community leaders including Mayor Angie Nelson Deuitch, project partners, and supporters to celebrate the beginning of this exciting project.

A Design/Build Partnership for Growth

As the Design/Build team for the project, Larson-Danielson and Facet Architecture are working closely with Arnett Roofing & Construction to bring their vision to life. Larson-Danielson has begun demolition work on the two existing facilities located on the site that will be the new office space for Arnett. The two buildings will be completely renovated and feature the construction of a new addition that will connect the buildings. Work is also underway on site preparation for the new warehouse building.
