Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction teams of various sizes
- Estimate construction projects and change orders
- Create, monitor and proactively keep projects on budget
- Make monthly cost forecasts
Desired Skills Experience and Personal Characteristics
- Estimating experience
- Strong computer skills
- Schedule experience
- Ability to interact with owners with varying knowledge of the building process and walk them through the design process
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong sense of value in making design decisions
- Have a well-rounded knowledge of construction

Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RFQ/RFP proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials
- Create and manage marketing content (brochures, project sheets, website, social media)
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and client-facing activities
- Support branding efforts across projects, teams, and communications
- Manage community partnerships, sponsorships, and engagement initiatives
Desired Skills Experience and Personal Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of marketing experience (AEC preferred)
- Strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365
