Owner: La Porte Community School Corporation
Location: La Porte, Indiana
Larson-Danielson was the Construction Manager as Agent on this addition and renovation project that included 160,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 130,000 sq. ft. of renovations. The project also included a new running track and an artificial turf football field.
HFL’s Conference & Learning Center
Owner: Health Foundation of La Porte
Location: La Porte, Indiana
Larson-Danielson was the Construction Manager for this 13,000 sq. ft. office and conference/learning center for the Health Foundation of La Porte. The property features flexible conference space, a spacious lobby, and a luxurious outdoor patio.
LPHS Performing Arts Center
Owner: La Porte Community School Corporation
Location: La Porte, Indiana
Larson-Danielson served as the Construction Manager as Agent for a 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art performing arts center at La Porte High School. The renovated facility features 850 seats, a full working fly, LED theatrical lighting, new sound systems, and a digitally controlled, motor-assisting rigging.
