Northwest Health – La Porte Medical Office Building

Larson-Danielson served as Construction Manager for the new Northwest Health – La Porte medical office building at 1331 State Street. The 45,800 sq. ft., three-story facility was designed by Gresham Smith and features a combination of physician offices and hospital-based services. The building connects to the hospital on the first and second floors and opened in January 2022. Construction began with Geopier foundation stabilization in early December 2020 and foundation construction at the end of December. The medical office building was fully occupied in January 2022 and houses services for Cardiology, EP, Sleep Lab and Cardiac Rehabilitation on the first floor, Oncology and Infusion on the second floor and Surgery GI and Would Care on the third floor. Site construction included public and doctors parking around the new building and a remote parking lot for additional hospital employee parking.
