Part of a nearly $70 million dollar total investment by the Indiana Toll Road in upgrading the rest plazas between Illinois and Ohio, the Rolling Prairie travel plazas are full service locations and feature restaurants that include Starbucks, Popeyes and Fresh. The buildings also include full convenience store amenities found at all the other plazas.

Journeyman Expansion

We were the general contractor for a 32,000 square foot expansion project at the Journeyman Distillery facility. Located within the old Featherbone Factory, built in 1883, the hospitality construction project included Staymaker, a 125-seat full service restaurant, and Warren Hall, a 500-person capacity meeting space. Included in the expansion were shiny silos to hold 5,000 pounds of organic Midwestern grain that is ground on-site.
