Ivy Tech Welding Lab

Larson-Danielson acted as the Construction Manager as Constructor for a 12,200 square foot renovation project. This undertaking included the demolition of the existing welding lab, involving the removal of masonry walls, plumbing fixtures, floor finishes, and ceilings. The newly renovated facility now boasts two welding labs equipped with brand-new welding booths, a virtual welding lab, and a classroom. The updated space is meticulously designed to enhance the learning experience through cutting-edge equipment and technology. Students will benefit from improved safety features and a more efficient layout, facilitating hands-on training in a modern environment. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget, thanks to the collaboration between our skilled team and dedicated partners.
