Washington Township Elementary Addition & Renovation

Larson-Danielson served as the general contractor for a comprehensive K-12 education construction project at Washington Township Elementary School in Valparaiso. The scope included an addition of eight classrooms and a full renovation of the school’s cafeteria.

Our team self-performed critical trades including minor demolition, site and building concrete, masonry, blocking and canopy roof sheathing, doors and hardware, and interior accessories. Through meticulous scheduling, Larson-Danielson efficiently completed major construction during the summer and maintained seamless progress around the school year. The project broke ground in July 2023 and was successfully completed in June 2024.
