Graham Family Hall

Owner: University of Notre Dame
Location: Notre Dame, Indiana

We won the competitive bid for this $33 dormitory construction project on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. The four-story, 79,000 sq. ft. residence hall houses up to 262 students and features an outdoor patio on the west side and a unique arched walkway that offers east-west pedestrian access. The first floor boasts communal areas, study spaces, a reading room, and a chapel. With a mix of single, double, quad, and six-person rooms, each floor features community lounges with kitchens.

Transportation Center

Owner: La Porte Community School Corp.

We managed the construction of this cutting-edge 18,871 sq. ft. transportation building. The new facility combines maintenance and food services, offering ample parking and housing for up to 72 buses. It includes three service bays, a bus wash bay, office suites, a driver’s lounge, a kitchenette, and a break room. The site also boasts a workshop for maintenance, a truck storage area, sheltered parking, and a fueling station with a canopy.

Kesling Intermediate School

Larson-Danielson served as Construction Manager as Agent on this addition and renovation project. The scope included 160,000 square feet of new construction and 130,000 square feet of renovations, which involved consolidation of two middle schools – Kesling Middle School and Boston Middle School. The completed facility houses the fifth and sixth grades in one building, Kesling Intermediate School, and seventh and eighth grades in the other, La Porte Middle School. The two buildings are connected and include a multitude of shared spaces utilized by all four grades and staff.
