Morris Performing Arts Center – Phase I
Larson-Danielson helped complete a significant renovation at The Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend, IN, aligning with its 100th anniversary. As the contractor for the general trades scope, our work included removing and replacing the century-old concrete floor, installing new doors for ADA and VIP loges seating, and applying fresh floor paint in the balcony area. We also added a new cable trough for theater cabling, installed return air grilles in in-floor duct banks, and connected lighting to the new seating. This project is a prime example of our ability to self-perform work as well as our experience in renovating historical projects.
