Michigan City Police Station

Larson-Danielson served as the general contractor for a new 41,208 square foot police station for the Michigan City Police Department. This modern facility serves as a long-term public safety solution and emphasizes energy efficiency. The two-story building includes a virtual five-sided shooting range, an adjoining park and playground, solar panels for electric heat, and a community room for local residents. The project replaced a 50-year-old facility and received a 2018 AIA Indiana Design Award. As leaders in public works construction and general contracting, Larson-Danielson is proud to deliver quality projects that meet the needs of the community.
