Journeyman Distillery Expansion
Larson-Danielson served as the general contractor for a $2.1 million, 32,000 square foot retail construction project at Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks, Michigan. This expansion transformed the historic Featherbone Factory, originally built in 1883, into a dynamic space featuring Staymaker, a 125-seat full-service restaurant, and Warren Hall, a 500-person capacity meeting space. Key features include silos holding 5,000 pounds of organic Midwestern grain, and a unique glass wall in the dining room, offering views of fermentation tanks stretching from the basement to the second floor. This project highlights our commitment to quality and value in hospitality construction.
