IBEW Local 531 Hall Expansion & Renovation

Larson-Danielson recently completed the expansion and renovation of the IBEW Local 531 union hall in La Porte, Indiana, showcasing our expertise in commercial construction and the advantages of our design/build approach. We partnered with Facet Architecture for the project, which provides IBEW Local 531 with a modern, functional, and inviting facility designed to serve members for years to come.

The project included a new storage area, kitchen, office spaces, and restrooms, as well as a larger union hall outfitted with acoustical panel walls and ceilings to enhance gatherings and events. In addition, the lobby was refreshed to create a more welcoming and professional first impression.
