HFL Conference & Learning Center

Larson-Danielson served as the Construction Manager for a 13,000 square foot office and conference center for the Health Foundation of La Porte. This commercial construction project provides a central hub for La Porte County nonprofit organizations and Foundation partners to collaborate and plan. The facility includes gluelam beams, state-of-the-art A/V equipment, Wi-Fi, video conferencing, and a flexible conference area that can be divided into three separate rooms with operable partitions. Additional features include a spacious outdoor patio, a small conference room, a warming kitchen, and a coat room.

In 2021, the project was recognized with an Award of Excellence in Construction Management from MACIAF, highlighting our commitment to quality in construction management.
