HealthLinc Michigan City MOB
Larson-Danielson served as the Design/Build contractor for the new HealthLinc Medical Office Building in Michigan City, located at 200 Alfred Avenue. This facility offers a wide range of healthcare services, including medical, dental, and pediatrics, with plans for vision, podiatry, chiropractic services, and an on-site pharmacy. The project addresses the growing demand for diverse healthcare services, expanding HealthLinc’s capacity to serve the community.
Collaborating with Facet Architecture, the building design draws from successful elements of HealthLinc’s Valparaiso campus, featuring distinct areas for various services and intuitive wayfinding. Constructed with a durable steel frame, the facility includes a welcoming lobby, elevators accommodating stretchers, and a convenient canopy for bus access.

It’s incredibly exciting to have this new facility open – it’s like dreams have come true inside of a building. It’s a great moment for us to see the building and know a lot of the things we’ve been planning for years have come to fruition. It’s an equally exciting feeling to watch our patients’ experiences. From the moment they come into the facility, they tell our staff how blessed they are to receive care at a place like this – it makes it all worthwhile.”
