GAF Office Renovations

Between 2019 and 2021, Larson-Danielson completed a series of design/build renovation projects for GAF at its Michigan City, Indiana manufacturing facility. These industrial construction projects improved both functionality and aesthetics across multiple office and administrative spaces.

Highlights include a $485,000 build-out covering 4,130 square feet, which included renovations to the second-floor conference room, as well as a $625,000 renovation of 6,200 square feet of plant offices and the administrative kitchen.

Through these projects, Larson-Danielson demonstrated its expertise in industrial construction and commitment to delivering high-quality design/build solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
