Indiana Alpha Chapter Sigma Phi Epsilon Renovations

Larson-Danielson is overseeing a 22,000 square foot renovation for the Indiana Alpha Chapter Sigma Phi Epsilon building as the Construction Manager at Risk. This institutional construction project is divided into three phases: the third floor, the second floor, and the first floor and basement. By phasing the construction, we ensure the building remains occupied throughout the process. Construction began in March 2024 and the first phase of construction wrapped up in August 2024. The final phase is currently underway and is expected to be completed in January 2026.
