Blue Jay II Industrial Building

Larson-Danielson served as the design/build contractor for Barley Properties’ new 115,000-square-foot industrial construction project in Valparaiso, Indiana. Building on our ongoing partnership with the owner, this project follows the successful completion of a 295,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center for Indiana Beverage.

The new facility features durable precast concrete wall panels, a structural steel frame, nine drive-in doors, and 20 overhead dock doors to accommodate multiple tenants. The shell structure was completed in December 2024, expanding industrial capacity and flexibility in Northwest Indiana.
