American Licorice Office Renovation

Larson-Danielson completed a significant office construction and renovation project for American Licorice in La Porte. The design/build project involved transforming 18,000 sq. ft. of outdated office space within the old Whirlpool building into a modern corporate office. The renovation includes an open-plan office layout designed to meet the growing needs of the company. Key features of the space include a lounge area, yoga rooms, and quiet rooms, providing employees with diverse work and relaxation spaces. The large kitchen and cafeteria area are equipped with a ping pong table and offer direct access to an outdoor patio and garden, enhancing the work environment.
