Ameling Truck Service Facility

Larson-Danielson completed an industrial construction project for Ameling Properties in Chesterton, IN. Following a fire that damaged the original building, our team collaborated with Facet Architecture to redesign, rebuild, and expand the facility. The design/build project involved constructing a 37,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building from Butler Manufacturing. This structure includes a blend of office space and areas designated for truck servicing and washing. Additionally, the facility features an unfinished second floor, allowing for future office space expansion. This successful project highlights our capability in industrial construction and design/build services, ensuring quality and value in every aspect.
