Our Story

After spending more than 100 years devoted to general contracting, design/build, and construction management services, Larson-Danielson realized that industrial and commercial property managers had a need for a firm to handle their smaller construction projects and maintenance services. Thus, in 1996, we established Facility Services Group (FSG) to fill the needs of this niche market.

Specifically dedicated to our clients’ smaller projects, FSG has one advantage that no other company can claim: immediate access to the vast resources of Larson-Danielson Construction Company. FSG has completed thousands of projects for clients including Valparaiso University, NIPSCO, New York Blower, Northwest Health, Portage Township Schools, the City of La Porte, Horizon Bank, and many more.
