Howard Park
This $18.8 million renovation of Howard Park, South Bend, IN’s first and oldest park, included a 16,000-foot ice trail and pond, fire pits, an accessible playground, a splash pad, walking trails, and a community/event center featuring flexible conference space.
HFL Conference Center
This 13,000 square foot office and conference/learning center for Health Foundation of La Porte provides a hub for local nonprofit organizations and Foundation partners to gather, learn, and plan. The facility, located in La Porte, IN, features a large conference area, a spacious outdoor patio, a warming kitchen, and a coat room.
Coffee Creek Professional Center
This three-story, multi-tenant office building in Chesterton, IN is home to the law offices of Ken Allen on the third floor. The facility features luxury design finishes, including a two-story screen in the lobby, imported marble in the third-floor law office, a rooftop lounge area, and an enclosed parking garage that can hold up to nine vehicles.
