SAFETY
Safety is the cornerstone of every project at Larson-Danielson Construction. We’re dedicated to protecting our people and partners through comprehensive training, proactive planning, and a culture of accountability. True construction excellence begins with a safe, healthy, and responsible work environment.
At the jobsite
At Larson-Danielson, safety is always our first priority. In general contracting, or any project in the commercial construction industry, a strong safety culture directly impacts a project’s schedule, cost, and quality. That’s why we hold every member of our team – employees, subcontractors, and partners – accountable for maintaining a safe work environment.
Through the consistent application of the Larson-Danielson Safety Program and ongoing safety training, we ensure that safety is never compromised. Our proactive approach helps identify and mitigate potential hazards before they occur, protecting both our people and the success of every project we build.
In the office
We believe that our people are our most valuable resource, and their well-being is essential to our continued success. Larson-Danielson fosters a safe and healthy workplace through comprehensive training, safe work environments, and clear safety procedures designed to protect every team member.
Every task, in the field or in the office, is performed with safety in mind. No deadline, goal, or outcome is ever more important than the health and safety of our employees. Because at Larson-Danielson, a safe workplace is the foundation of everything we build.
Our safety policy
At Larson-Danielson Construction Co., Inc., safety is more than a priority, it’s a core value that guides every decision we make. We are firmly committed to maintaining the highest standards of construction safety and providing a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for every employee, subcontractor, and visitor on our job sites.
We believe that all workplace incidents are preventable through proactive planning, continuous training, and a shared commitment to safe work practices. Our goal is simple: zero injuries and zero accidents.
Every member of our team plays a vital role in achieving that goal. Employees are encouraged to speak up, take responsibility for their safety and the safety of others, and immediately report any unsafe conditions, near-misses, or incidents, no matter how minor, to their supervisor.
At Larson-Danielson, we value our people not only as employees, but as individuals whose well-being is essential to their families, our communities, and the continued success of our company. Together, we build safely, responsibly, and with care for one another.
