Porter-Starke Services Office Remodel

Larson-Danielson completed a comprehensive healthcare construction project at 601 Wall Street in Valparaiso for Porter-Starke Services. This three-phase renovation included demolishing and transforming existing spaces into modern conference and work areas, a new laboratory, and six advanced exam rooms. We also created six new doctor’s offices and updated 13 more during phase III. A new bathroom was added in phase II, and outdated IT wiring was removed across all phases. The nurse’s station received a renovation and expansion to boost functionality and comfort. This project showcases our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of healthcare facilities through expert general contracting.
