Ivy Tech Third Floor Buildout at HealthLinc Michigan City

Larson-Danielson is collaborating with Ivy Tech Community College on a higher education construction project on the third floor at HealthLinc in Michigan City. This 11,000 square foot space includes lab areas for anatomy, physiology, CNA, and medical assisting courses, alongside classrooms, a computer lab, and administrative offices. As the design/builder for the HealthLinc building, we were familiar with the structure and handled the carpentry and interior finishes for this new phase. HealthLinc’s proximity to the Michigan City Ivy Tech Community College campus has fostered a partnership between HealthLinc and Ivy Tech, facilitating training programs for students and creating new job opportunities within the facility.
