Indiana Beverage
Larson-Danielson partnered with Indiana Beverage to create a state-of-the-art industrial construction project in Valparaiso, IN. As the design/build contractor, we transformed a cornfield into a modern facility tailored to Indiana Beverage’s growing needs. Completed in just 13 months, the building features a 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse, 15,000 sq. ft. cold storage area, and 30,000 sq. ft. office space, which now serve as the hub for beverage distribution across Northern Indiana.
Our team, alongside Harris Architects and Design Organization, delivered a tailored design/build solution that aligns with Indiana Beverage’s culture and vision. The fast-paced project began in May 2011, with precast installation starting in July. By February 2012, Indiana Beverage moved into their new home, ready to expand their operations. This project highlights Larson-Danielson’s commitment to quality and timely delivery, ensuring our clients receive maximum value in industrial construction.
