Larson-Danielson served as the design/build contractor for a 90,400 sq. ft. distribution facility in Columbia City, Indiana. This project for a leading wholesale beer distributor had a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $4,490,000 and was completed ahead of schedule in February 2008, under budget. The facility includes an 8,000 sq. ft. office space and 82,400 sq. ft. of warehouse and distribution area.
