The Kesling Campus

Owner: La Porte Community School Corp.
Location: La Porte, Indiana

We provided pre-construction services as part of our Construction Manager as Agent agreement on this addition and renovation project. The scope included 160,000 square feet of new construction and 130,000 square feet of renovations. The completed facility houses the fifth and sixth grades in one building, Kesling Intermediate School, and seventh and eighth grades in the other, La Porte Middle School. The two buildings are connected and include a multitude of shared spaces utilized by all four grades and staff.
