Coffee Creek Professional Center

Larson-Danielson served as the Design/Build contractor for the Coffee Creek Professional Center, a premier commercial construction project in Chesterton, IN. This $14.6 million, 47,475 sq. ft. office building features luxury finishes and state-of-the-art amenities, including a two-story lobby screen, imported marble, a rooftop lounge, and an enclosed parking garage with EV charging. From initial site selection to project completion, Larson-Danielson collaborated closely with the owner. The process included navigating design/bid, pre-construction, and procurement phases. Completed in April 2024, the three-story facility is home to the Ken Allen Law Group on the third and offers versatile office spaces for multiple tenants. With conference rooms, a work lounge, and retail spaces, this project embodies a commitment to quality in commercial office construction.
